Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
We prefer that someone be home during your cleaning, but we understand that's not always possible. If you can't be there, we're happy to accommodate with an alternate access arrangement.

Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?
You're free to reschedule your cleaning at any time at no charge. If you need to cancel, just let us know before 5 PM the day before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made after that time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
